- System settings and other miscellaneous functions
Module 4 Employment Assistance (August 12, 2016) - $200 Per Person

Space is limited to a maximum of 23 people per module. To avoid disappointment, please register early.

Upon receipt of your registration form, we will send you a Confirmation Notice that will contain an invoice and accommodation information. If you have any questions about the session, please call our office at (866) 879-6720.

Please note that you are registered upon receipt of your registration form. However, your spot is not reserved until we receive your payment in full for all training modules selected.

Payments must be received prior to the deadline listed at the top of this page and no exceptions to this policy will be permitted.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations received up to the payment deadline of July 8, 2016 will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations received between July 11, 2016 and July 15, 2016 will have 40% of their paid session fee(s) refunded.
  • No refunds or credits will be provided for cancellations received after July 15, 2016.
  • No refunds or credits will be provided if participants do not show up for any of their sessions.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any workshop. If a cancellation occurs, a full refund will be issued.
